This class looks at the history, development and future of the hospitality industry from an International perspective. The students will be provided with an understanding of the range and scale of the management of operations in hospitality industry and with an overview of the hospitality and tourism industry including their functions, services, operations and locations that make up the key characteristics of the industries.
